Toolenza's sticky-notes board is a virtual cork board you can drop colored notes onto, drag them around, and share with anyone — no sign-up, no account, no upload of your content. Notes save to your browser automatically, and Pro users get the same boards synced across every device they sign in on.
It's built for the moments where physical post-its used to work best: brainstorming a new idea, running a quick retro, mapping out a customer journey, or just jotting reminders that you want to see rather than file away. The drag-and-drop feel, the slight rotation on each note, the eight-color palette — they're there because messy beats tidy when you're trying to think out loud.

How sharing works
Clicking Share link encodes the entire board into a URL hash. Send it to a teammate and their browser unpacks the same board — same notes, same positions, same colors. No server roundtrip, no expiry. For Pro accounts, the board is also kept in sync across every device you sign into Toolenza on, so you can start on your laptop and finish on your phone.
Privacy
Free-tier boards live in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device. Pro-tier boards are stored against your account in our database and encrypted in transit. Either way, we never read the contents of your notes — they're just blobs to us.
Frequently asked questions
Just drop a new colored note labeled with the column name (e.g. *Review*) wherever you want a new column. There's no fixed schema — the board doesn't know what a column is, you just visually arrange stickies into ones.
Use color to encode the assignee — pick one color per teammate. Or write `@name` at the top of each task note.
Drag them off the right edge of the canvas to a *Done* column, or simply delete them when the column gets too long. Pro users get a snapshot history so deleted tasks aren't gone forever.
Not by default. Free-tier sticky boards live entirely in your browser's localStorage. Pro users opt into cross-device sync, which stores boards against your account so you can reach them from any device.
Yes. Click *Share link* and the entire board encodes into a URL hash. Send the URL to anyone — when they open it, their browser unpacks the same notes at the same positions with the same colors. No sign-up required on either side.
