No — this calculator only shows the discount on the listed price. To include tax, multiply the sale price by (1 + tax rate / 100).
Stacked discounts are applied sequentially, not added. A 20% discount followed by 10% off is 0.8 × 0.9 = 0.72 of the original (28% off, not 30%).
For a fixed-amount coupon (e.g. $10 off), simply subtract it from the sale price the calculator gives you.
A discount can mathematically go above 100%, but in retail terms 100% off means free. Above 100% does not have a useful meaning.
Yes — both price and discount accept decimals like 99.95 or 12.5.
