PDF all-in-one
All PDF operations in one tabbed page
Browser-only — your file never leaves this device.
Drop two or more PDFs. Reorder with the arrows. Browser-only — your files never leave your device.
Document has pages. Use commas and dashes — e.g. 1-3, 5, 7-9.
Legal: only unlock PDFs you own or have permission to modify. This tool requires the password — it does not crack passwords.
Trim margins (in points — 72 pt = 1 inch). Same trim applied to all pages.
Type rectangles to redact: page,x,y,width, height per line (in PDF points). Top-left page coordinates start at (0, h).
Flattens AcroForm fields into the page so they're no longer editable. Useful when sending a filled form to someone who shouldn't be able to change it.
Form must use AcroForm fields (most government forms qualify). For non-fillable PDFs, use the Sign tab to overlay text.
Signature preview:
Works on .docx only (Word 2007+). Legacy .doc isn't supported in-browser.
Each PDF page becomes one slide. Text isn't re-flowed — pages are embedded as full-bleed images you can annotate on top of.
About PDF all-in-one
Every PDF tool, in one tabbed page
Toolenza's PDF suite bundles 17 of the most-used PDF operations into a single page. Each tab is its own focused tool, and each one is also reachable via its own URL (e.g. /tools/pdf-merge) for direct linking and SEO.
What you can do
- Pages: merge, split, rotate, reorder, crop
- Size: compress (server-side, lossy)
- Security: protect with a password, unlock a known-password PDF, redact, flatten
- Content: watermark, add page numbers, edit metadata, fill AcroForm fields, sign
- Convert: PDF → JPG (per-page render), JPG/PNG → PDF
Privacy
Most tabs run entirely in your browser via pdf-lib.js — your PDFs never touch our servers. The three operations that genuinely need a server (compress, protect, unlock) clearly indicate when they upload, and we delete the file the moment your download begins.
Frequently asked questions
For 14 of the 17 tabs, no — they run entirely in your browser via pdf-lib.js. Three tabs (compress, protect, unlock) require server-side tools (Ghostscript and qpdf), and the page tells you so before processing. We delete the temporary file as soon as your download starts.
For browser-only tabs, only your browser memory. For the three server-side tabs, the upload limit is 50 MB by default.
Yes — each tab has its own URL (e.g. /tools/pdf-merge, /tools/pdf-sign). Sharing the URL opens the suite focused on that tab.
For most operations, no — first remove the password using the Unlock tab (you must know the password), then come back to your operation.
