Toolenza's alarm plays your chosen sound (beep, chime, bell, siren) at full volume, fires a desktop notification, and keeps ringing until you dismiss it. Multiple simultaneous alarms with per-alarm labels, daily-repeat, snooze, and a big countdown so you can see how long until it fires. Runs entirely in the browser tab and stays accurate as long as the tab is open.
