Inspired by Tim Urban's Your Life in Weeks essay (Wait But Why, 2014), this grid renders a 90-year life as 4,680 weeks — 52 weeks per row, 90 rows tall. Each week you have already lived is shaded; the rest are blank.
It's a stark visual: seven decades in a rectangle you can screenshot and post. Most people report that the filled portion is much larger than they imagined, and the empty portion much smaller.
