Frequently asked questions

Yes. Every shareable artifact (event, invitation, reservation, poll, group-order, potluck) generates a public URL. Anyone with the URL can respond — no signup required. The creator gets a separate private management URL to moderate responses, send updates, or close the event.

Use the `pdf-fill` tab — open the PDF, type into the AcroForm fields, download. If the form doesn't have form fields, use `pdf-edit` to type text on top of it. For signing, use `pdf-sign`.

Pro users get automated email reminders to event attendees who opted in (e.g. 24h and 1h before). Free users can copy the share URL and send a manual update from their own email.

Use the `group-order` tool — set up the menu and share the URL in Slack. Each person submits their order on the public page; the management URL shows you the consolidated list to call into the restaurant.

The `reservation` tool covers single-resource booking (create a "Conference Room A" reservation page; people book slots). A multi-resource room grid is on the roadmap.
